How does Dolly work?
Customers can book Helper(s) to provide a variety of moving services. Available services are described in further detail here. Once a Dolly is booked, the team works to schedule Helper(s). Once scheduled, Customers and Helpers connect, chat and move the items.
What do I need to use Dolly?
To create a Dolly account and to book a Dolly, you will need a phone that can receive text messages, an email address and a credit card or account with Apple Pay or PayPal.

When is Dolly available?
Dolly is available 365 days a year between 8am and 8pm. Due to availability, some dates or times might be unavailable. For store delivery, available times are limited to store operating hours.
You can book as soon as 90 minutes out in most cases, but the more notice you give, the more time we have to find and schedule your Helper(s). For most moves we recommend at least 12 hours notice. If you are booking during peak times (first and last of the month, holiday weekends or summer weekends), Dolly recomments booking as early as possible.
Logging into Dolly account
If you do not have an existing Dolly account, you'll need to create one. You can do this by downloading the Dolly app or visiting book.dolly.com. Click the Sign Up button and follow the steps on-screen to create an account.
You will need the email address associated with your account to log in. Open the Dolly app on your phone or visit book.dolly.com to log in. Enter your email address and password to log in.
On the Sign In page, click the Forgot Password button. Follow the on-screen prompts to restore your account.

Contact Dolly Support with the phone number associated with your account. We will be happy to help restore access to your account. Note that we may require additional information, e.g. photo ID, to verify you are the account owner.
