When you submit your Dolly details, we place a hold on your card for the amount of the Dolly. This is only a hold, not a charge on your card. This is done to ensure that you can pay for the full amount of the Dolly.
When the Dolly is completed and you have reviewed your Helpers (or 24 hours after the Helper marks the job complete, whichever comes first), your card will be charged for the full amount of your Dolly.
The hold on your card is typically removed within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.
