Vehicle & Vehicle Photo Requirements

Introduction

We have strict requirements for the vehicles that our Helpers use to ensure a great experience for our customers. Our team will require vehicle photos to be submitted as part of the sign-up process for Helpers.

Vehicle Requirements

• We accept pickup trucks, cargo vans and box trucks for use on our platform.

• We don't have a minimum size requirement for box trucks or pickup trucks.

• SUVs will be accepted if they are attached to an enclosed trailer or a trailer with 2-foot-tall barriers or more on each side.

• All trailers must have 2-foot rails/barriers on each side. Flatbed trailers are not permitted. 

• Vehicles must be manufactured in 1995 or later and must be in good condition (free of rust and damages).

• We do not accept rental vehicles or rental insurance coverage.

• We permit multiple vehicles by a Helper. Please choose one for your application and you can add additional vehicles in the Helper app once approved.

• Vehicles cannot have other customizations that may compromise the safe delivery of items and must be free of graffiti.

Applicants whose vehicles don't qualify to be a Helper are encouraged to apply as Hands.

Photo Requirements

Photos must:

• Clearly show the front of the vehicle to the back (taken in daytime from a visible angle).
• Show the vehicle in good condition (minimal rust or damage).

The above vehicles are all in good condition and photos provide a full view from front to back.

The following photos will not be accepted:

This vehicle has a flatbed instead of a regular pickup, which is why it is not permitted.

This pickup truck is a rental, which is why it is not permitted. 

This vehicle is an SUV but doesn't have a covered trailer attached. This person will only be eligible to be a Hand.

This photo does not show the full vehicle from front to back. A new photo of the full vehicle is required.
