If you've had a Damage Claim from Dolly, it's possible that you need to create an account on bill.com in order to receive your reimbursement for the claim. Fortunately, this process is fast, simple, and totally secure!

Dolly uses ePayments instead of physical checks because, with ePayments, we know where your money is at all times, and remove all of the hassle of relying on USPS to correctly deliver your check. We can provide your reimbursement up to two weeks faster, as well as being certain of its security. We guarantee that we don't see any of the personal information you put into your account - it's all private, and stays with your bank.
Signing up to Receive your ePayment
Step 1) Receiving the Link
Within a few days of the closing of your Damage Claim, you will receive a link in the email you used to navigate the claim - the link should have a message reading something like the image below. Accept the invitation to begin creating your account.
Step 2) Enter Basic Info
The next step is to fill out the basic information of your account. After providing your phone number, you will be texted a confirmation code that you can enter in the next step.
Step 3) Relationship to Dolly
Step 3 is important - make sure you click None of the Above when you're asked about your relationship to Dolly.
4) Basic Company Information
Since you're not a company, this might not make sense at first, but don't worry - just enter your first and last name as your company name.
- Under Business Type, enter Individual
- Under Industry, enter Retail Shop or Online Commerce
- Under Accounting Software, enter "I dont use accounting software
Then you're ready to go to the next step!
5) SSN Info
Enter your SSN info here. Don't worry about being a 'business owner' - if you entered 'Individual' on the last step, there's no issue here.
And again - we here at Dolly cannot see your SSN from our side; it's all totally secure.
6) Adding Bank Info
The final step is to add your bank info, so that we can deposit your reimbursement! As with your SSN earlier, this process is totally secure, and Dolly can't see any of it.
After this, you're done! Now you just sit back and wait for Dolly to process your reimbursement.
